Where practice and play go hand in hand

Jade is active as an Inspire by FM instructor, guest teacher at various dance universities and movement contexts. In addition, she organizes her own group workshops plus individual coaching sessions in which she creates an environment to collectively explore certain topics and questions through embodiment. These sessions are an invitation to bring our (bodily) self to the floor and explore what unfolds when being together. They provide a place of possibilities where our own authentic knowledge can be revitalised and shared together to enhance positive growth and empower connection.

Since 2017 the FM practice has an increasing influence on Jade her physical development, creative reflection and perspective on life. This continuous study and inspiration brought her to teaching Inspire by FM. Fighting Monkey is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication and the ageing process. Jade has been recognized as an Inspire by FM ® instructor / practitioner.
