SEASIDE RETREAT

Our bodies are archives of experience— some kind of letters written in sensation and expression.
This reflection shapes how we move through the world - in how we shift our weight, say hi, exchange and make meaning.

My creative practice explores human connection, communication and the beauty of expression through various activities. I aim to contribute to transformative spaces that bring people together and can invite new relationships and understandings. This wish ripples through my work as a maker, teacher and performer.

I seek to meet - a place, a person, a question. Every creation begins with a sense of wonder; what follows is born from context and unfolds in dialogue with the environment. Dance serves as my main language, I am drawn to its rawness, its spark of authenticity, and the joy and presence it enables within people. Currently I’m exploring multidisciplinary work, weaving the physical expression of the body with visual narratives—colors, textures, and stories. Each research has a process valued signature and is a quest to archive and remember connection through shared material, movement and moment.
