A QUEST TO ARCHIVE AND REMEMBER A SENSE OF CONNECTION

My practice explores human connection, communication and expression through bodywork and artistic research. I aim to contribute to transformative spaces that bring people together and can invite new relationships and perspectives. This intention runs through my work as a maker, teacher and performer.

Exploring the interconnection between the “cosmic” — what we cannot see with the naked eye — and the “human” — the beauty of the daily and personal. Weaving physical expression with visual narratives, Cosmic Gardening begins with three chapters: A Familiar Sun, A Blink of an Eye and Shades Of.
Gardening reflects my approach: an ongoing, hands-on practice of attention and relating to cycles of change.
