PRACTICE
My practice explores human connection, communication and the beauty of expression through bodywork and artistic research. I aim to contribute to spaces that bring people together and invite new relationships and perspectives through communal memory and shared experience. This intention runs through my work as a dance maker, movement teacher and coach.

Dance serves as my main language, as I’m drawn to its rawness, its spark of authenticity, and the joy it enables within people.
Currently, I'm exploring multidisciplinary work, gradually weaving the physical expression of the body with visual narratives—colors, textures, and stories. Each research is shaped by a process-led approach, and is a quest to archive and remember connection through shared material, movement and moment.

My practice is rooted in a foundation built through study and work experience. My dance education began at Fontys Art Academy Tilburg (2010–2014) which was followed by the Fighting Monkey practice (2015–2025), a major inspiration and influence on my physical development, creative reflection and overall perspective on life.
Fighting Monkey is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, aiming to understand the principles of human movement, communication, and the ageing process. As of 2017, I’m active as an Inspire by FM ® instructor/practitioner at dance universities and contexts.
My long-term role as a performer and co-creator in The100Hands (2015–2025), known for its interactive and site-specific work, was essential to my development. It shaped my understanding of audience interaction and how to create accessible spaces for presence. Alongside freelance performance work with various choreographers, I began creating my own work in 2018, developing participatory research projects and my artistic practice.
