Teaching
Jade is active as an Inspire by Fighting Monkey instructor, guest teacher at various dance universities and movement contexts. In addition, she organizes group workshops, individual coaching sessions and retreats.
She aims to create environments to collectively explore and learn about how we communicate through our sense of embodiment.
Since 2017 the FM practice has an increasing influence on Jade her physical development, creative reflection and perspective on life. This continuous study and inspiration brought her to teaching Inspire by FM.
Fighting Monkey is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through a deep study of cross motion analysis, and with the aim of understanding principles of human movement, communication and the ageing process. Jade has been recognized as an Inspire by FM ® instructor/practitioner.
workshops
We are through the contact and communication we have with the world. In these workshops we focus on how we interact through our sense of embodiment. Sustaining a healthy household within ourselves and nourishing the relationships we have with our environment.
private sessions
Individual training sessions for those who love to spend time in nature aan deepen into practice. In these sessions we zoom into your wishes in regard to movement and wellbeing, actively working with the elements from the Fighting Monkey practice such as joints articulations, coordinations, improvisation and various movement situations.
retreats
Two days of outdoor practice in a small group including three nights of accommodation. Every seaside retreat starts from a theme which we personally and collectively explore throughout the weekend. Always starting from a physical and creative approach, where practice and play go hand in hand.
Each day we begin at sunrise, working with elements such as stillness, improvisation and gentle partnering, Afternoons are dedicated to movement situations, games, tools and bodybody work. In the evening we return to a slow practice and deepen into writing and dialogue. These weekends are a combination of activation and relaxation, meeting new people and exchanging perspectives and experiences.
